A sassy sauce born on the bayou with whole grain mustard, sweet tomatoes, a rambunctious blend of spices, and fresh herbs.
Traditionally served with fried shrimp, oysters or green tomatoes. Substitute for blue cheese in a wedge salad or in place of mayonnaise in a potato salad. Use for a dip for vegetables, a burger topping or a sandwich spread.
