Slow Cooker Maple Chipotle Pork Ribs

Ingredients
3-4 lbs. pork ribs, baby back
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp brown sugar
Course ground salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups S&F Maple Bacon Chipotle sauce
EQUIPMENT
Baking tray
Aluminum foil or parchment paper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF
- Generously season ribs with salt, pepper, brown sugar, and garlic and onion powders
- Place the ribs on a lined baking tray and cook in oven for 15 minutes. Flip over and bake for another 15 minutes. When the meat is ready, remove from the oven and discard residual oil..
- Place the ribs in slow cooker
- Pour the S&F Maple Bacon Chipotle sauce over ribs and cook on low for 6-8 hours
- When complete, carefully remove from slow cooker
- Serve with additional S&F Maple Bacon Chipotle sauce on the side
- Optional: recommended to serve with cornbread and creamy coleslaw
