Slow Cooked Pulled Pork

Ingredients

2-3lb boneless pork shoulder roast
12 ounces S&F Sweet Bourbon Sauce

EQUIPMENT

Slow Cooker, 6-qt. size recommended.


Directions

  1. Place pork into slow cooker and pour sauce over pork. (No need to add water).
  2. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hr. or until pork is fork tender. Or cook on HIGH 4 to 5 hr. until pork is fork tender.
  3. Using two forks. In the slow cooker gently shred apart pork in the sauce.
    • Optional: Serve with cheesy grits or baked cornbread or create pork tender sliders on soft buns.
